OUR HOME IS ALSO A BOUTIQUE BED AND BREAKFAST IN THE DOWNTOWN ANNAPOLIS NEIGHBORHOOD of EASTPORT! You'll have the entire place and an easy walk to the best restaurants, shops and the Yard.

Just remodeled in August 2022-24, with extensive landscape in 2022, and a wonderful covered front porch (2023), and a primary bathroom remodel (2024), we believe our home will exceed your expectations. Each of the 3 private bedrooms (2K,1Q) has it's OWN FULL en-suite bathroom! Think about it, Everyone prepping for multiple events and no waiting for the shower! The primary bathroom with heated floors, double vanity, shower for two, and bidet toilet. Luxury all around. The interior of our home incl: 5 cable televisions, casual dining room, family room, a cozy sunroom, and a beautiful Gourmet Kitchen with 10+ foot island, 2 refrigerators and 3 beverage fridges. A self-inflating, full height Aerobed mattress can be requested.

And then there's our professionally landscaped outdoor spaces: our large open yard is the perfect for entertaining friends and family. There's party deck and a custom fieldstone patio, landscaped yards, outdoor grill, covered front porch, and a fire pit with views of the water at Back Creek. It's perfect.

We offer hassle-free parking in a QUIET and DESIRABLE NEIGHBORHOOD of EASTPORT. We also have 2 Electric Charging stations. Walk to restaurants, sites and events. Our home/B&B supplies all you need to be comfortable/Linens, towels and kitchen condiments included.

Non-Smoking, pet-free home and grounds. We began our mid sponsorships and family hosting in 2004 and have been renting our home for 20 years. Every family has been "over the top" with feedback and we want to do that for you and your family.
