Master Bedroom has King sized bed with fireplace and views of Lake Ogleton. Master Bath has a hydrotherapy tub with a separate steam shower. 2 more large bedrooms with Queen size beds, and 2 smaller bedrooms on same floor. Entrance level has a large King bedroom with large private bathroom. 3rd floor has an incredible roof top deck and separated room with refrigerator, wine cooler, HDTV, ice machine and two sleeper futons with lots of extra sleeping floor space (Approved by our Sponsored Mids). Kitchen & Dining-this space has been designed to gather friends and family with top of the line amenities for preparing and enjoying a gourmet meal. Giant island with seating, 2 dishwashers, huge sink, large refrigerator, and Thermadore warming drawer.

Living Spaces
A warm formal living room has a huge stone and wood fireplace with reclining couches and HDTV. The adjacent sitting area has a gas fireplace with massage chair. The large outdoor covered front porch has big comfy furnishings to snuggle into and take in the front side lake views and sunrises while adding a whole different room. The pool area has a huge concrete table for large 12+ sit down gatherings (as well as a great pong table) along with colored pool light shows.

Parking for 6 cars on the driveway. Typically there is no parking on streets in this neighborhood, but this house and unique cul-de-sac accommodates street parking for short term occasions with more parking at Kass Park near the other end of the street.
