Charming sunlit 2nd floor studio apartment above our garage. Close to downtown Annapolis on the Eastport side. Separate entrance. Free parking. Well -appointed full kitchen. King bed. Additional double Tempurpedic mattress available to pull out as well as double futon or couch if you'd like to fit a few extra people. Lovely step-in shower. Small private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a book, also on the second floor of the garage. Strong Wifi and a firestick enabled TV for you to log onto your favorite shows. Firepit with Adirondack chairs. If you'd like to use our grill and the large screened porch (at our our main house), we can work with you on that. Damage deposit required, but will be happy to refund immediately following the rental, if all is well. Available for short term rental year round. I am happy to email your more pictures and send more details if you have questions. We charge a $100 cleaning fee in addition to the rent.
