Enjoy the best of both worlds. Only 20 minutes from the Naval Academy in Annapolis. Our townhome is on Kent Island, just over the Bay Bridge, on the way to the Eastern Shore. You will feel like you are in another state. Dock bars and waterside restaurants are plentiful. Our home is approximately 2200 square feet, with three bedrooms, each with a queen bed. One of the bedrooms is a large open loft with ensuite full bath. The main floor has a very large sectional couch that folds out into a queen bed. A very comfortable queen bed. There is a water view of the Chesapeake Bay from the first and second floors. In addition, we have a beautiful water view in the back of the townhome of a large pond and our Kent Island lighthouse. The patio has a grill and there is plenty of seating for a small gathering. The focal part of our home is our designer kitchen. A chef's dream. The photos will showcase this feature. Our decor is Mid-Atlantic coastal. Our home is in a beautifully landscaped waterfront community just off Highway 50 and only a few minutes from the Bay Bridge.
