The second bedroom is very large and has a bunk bed with hallway bathroom. Because the room is so large you can fit a couple blow up beds in here if needed/wanted.
The lower level has a large open floor plan to include kitchen, dinning area and family room. There is also a laundry room, pantry, wet bar and 1/2 bathroom on the lower floor.
Off the kitchen is a large screened in porch with seating area and dinning area. Great view of the water.
The basement has large screened TV and couch that could also be used for sleeping needed. (It is not a pullout)

Parking in driveway for up to 4 cars. More can be packed in if needed.
No smoking and no pets. 
This rental is for Saturday to Saturday. Max number of overnight guests is 12 and max number of occupants at any one time is 25.
