Your newly renovated two story waterfront cottage has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with a bathtub/shower combination. The deluxe bedroom has a king size bed and sweeping waterfront views and the double bedroom has two queen size beds. Perfect to prepare & enjoy home made meals in the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor grill & fire pit. Peaceful water views abound from your living & dining area with a table that seats 6 people comfortably. Continue through to the enclosed porch to enjoy more water views from the comfort of your sofa, chair & seating area or enjoy laughter with family & friends. Stroll out to the charming waterfront green space area to relax under the big trees and gather around the outdoor fire pit on the 6 Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the tranquil water, sounds and sites of nature as your backdrop. Hang out on the pier and go fishing or crabbing (we have a license for the 2 crab pots already there - just bring bait. For fishing - license required via Maryland DNR website) or just enjoy watching our famous river otter, foxes, deer and many local feathered friends such as heron, osprey, kingfisher, ducks (Lucy & Donald - we have carried on the previous owners tradition of feeding them in the small area in the yard near the fir pit - cracked corn is behind the laundry door in the lowest bin should you wish to feed the mallards that come daily), geese, cardinals, blue birds & more! Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the property including crabbing & fishing from the private pier, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, super comfy LOVESAC sofa, bedrooms, dining table that seats 6 people, enclosed porch with wicker sofa, chair and seating area, back yard including waterfront green space, outdoor benches on the waterfront, outdoor grill, Adirondack chairs and outdoor fire pit. Please exercise caution near the water. As use of the pier, waterfront area, swimming and boating is at your own risk. We live nearby and are happy to assist you in planning your special getaway.
