Modern beach home is a 1.5 block walk (6 minutes) to the private sandy beach and fishing pier with fabulous views of the Bay Bridge. The home boasts a comfy living room with a huge sectional that's open to the dining room. One bedroom with a full bed is on the main level along with full bath (shower only). The second floor has a spacious master and bath (tub combo) along with a balcony. There is the potential to put a queen air mattress in the office (it's deluxe and brand new) and a spot to do yoga and stretching.

The backyard is a nature-lovers paradise with gravel paths, an array of blooming flowers and numerous trees and bushes. There's a deck with a dining table and grill to enjoy alfresco dinners and drinks. Two cars can easily park in the driveway and there?s a lot in the park adjacent to the backyard for overflow.

My dad was an electrician on the USS Constellation(CV64)and I'd be proud to host a Navy family in my home for this monumental event.
