The home has its own private 160 foot pier directly on the Severn River 1/2 mile north of the Naval Academy. One of the prime spots in Annapolis for watching the Blue Angels perform during Commissioning Week! The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a full sized bed and one with a queen bed, a living room with flat screen TV and large sectional sofa (good for sleeping), a full bath, and laundry room. The main level has a living room with padded window seat for sleeping, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen and powder room. Outside is a large screened porch with deck and gas grill, a deck across the back of the house, and a brick patio. The second floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds and en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a fireplace and balcony, and the guest bedroom has a large deck with views of the river.
